SERVICES
Waterproofing
V3plus Waterproofing will never quote for, or accept a project if we feel that we do not have the ability to do the work to the client’s complete satisfaction, within the mutually agreed time frame. Our market related prices are affordable, and we ensure value for money through our quality and customer service, while we are registered as a VAT vendor with the Receiver of Revenue. VAT will be quoted and charged to clients at the prevailing rate [currently 14%], and we require a 50% deposit on acceptance of any quotation (though this is negotiable depending on the size of the contract). Once work is completed, payment is due and payable.
Plumbing
During 2010, we diversified into the field of plumbing, in a joint venture that created V4 Plumbing. An experienced and competent plumber named John Sturm and his team joined the V3plus Waterproofing family, allowing us to provide services in two industries [waterproofing and plumbing] that complement each other very well as a full solution for our valued clients.

BACKGROUND AND DEVELOPMENT
V3plus Waterproofing was established in 2005 as a family business committed to providing the best quality waterproofing services for all customers, and it was converted to a private company in 2013. Concentrating its efforts in the Vaal Triangle and surrounding areas, the company recently opened a branch in Honeydew, Johannesburg, in order to serve the area with the best possible service from a local hub.
From very humble beginnings, V3 has grown and now boasts the ability to serve numerous locations in three South African provinces, operating in Gauteng, the Free State, and the North West Province. It remains an important objective of ours to incrementally expand our operations through organic growth without detracting from our service and quality.
Our ambitious growth culminated with the establishment of a joint venture with John Sturm which produced V4 Plumbing in 2010. This allows us to continue our mission to provide clients with the best possible service, expanding our provision to include plumbing alongside our waterproofing services. We are in the process of pushing the expansion of our business as a whole.

structures ranging from flat metal and concrete roofs, to koi ponds, retaining walls, farm dams, and under tile
waterproofing on balconies, showers and steam rooms. We are well-respected within this industry, and we
have also managed certain projects on behalf of builders, while we are able to undertake painting contracts
on buildings and houses.
